Roughly a week ago, Zari Hassan shamed her ex Diamond Platnumz on social media following his plans to provide shelter for 500 families during the coronavirus pandemic.
“But you don’t know what your kids eat, or how they sleep if fees and medical insurance is paid. You will never please the world when your own are not happy and taken care of. You are selling a lie. Some people have become clowns to some of us,” Zari Hassan wrote.
Speaking afterwards, Diamond said he agreed to sit down with Zari to discuss the future of their children once the coronavirus pandemic is over. Seems their discussion went quite well with Zari allowing Diamond to reconnect with his children through a video call a few days later.
Sharing the joy of speaking to his children again, Diamond posted a video of the video of his daughter Tiffah with the caption; “Nothing sweet than waking up to the sweetest video from your beloved kids.”
Thousands of Diamond’s followers camped on his comment section commending him and Zari for putting their differences aside for the sake of their children and trying to work things out.
Break up
The fairy-tale love story of the former showbiz couple came to an end about a year ago when Zari publicly called it quits. This was after numerous accusations of cheating and consequently fathering a child with Tanzanian socialite Hamisa Mobetto.
“I’m still young and I’m a star. Women are always drooling over me. Imagine I leave the office, I go home and I don’t get my lover, she is South Africa. I will endure one or two weeks and then give up,” the singer later admitted to cheating.
