Beating boredom! Social media challenges that has kept us entertained

Ever since the world went on self quarantine, many resorted to social media for entertainment and they weren’t disappointed as users came up and participated in many social media challenges.
What’s certain is the number of social media users shot up since no one was trying to stay bored all locked up at home.

It all started with the wash your hands challenge where users, posted videos of themselves cleaning their hands and tagged a few of their followers challenging them to follow suit.
Then came the toilet paper challenge which was inspired by athletes mainly footballers from across the globe who took part in .
The challenge involved literally kicking around (doing keepy-uppies) with the toilet paper roll.
To encourage users to stay fresh and fit, on came the push-ups challenge.
Participants posted a video of them doing at least 10 push ups before tagging 10 of their friends to do the same.
This was followed by the planking challenge, and users were to hold a plank for 15 seconds.
Being all idle at home alls breeds the idea of getting a little tipsy and on came a challenge where you are supposed to take a shot of your favorite drink before tagging 10 friends to do the same.
Then came the what are you watching challenge where you were just supposed to post a photo or a video of whatever you are watching.
All these are just a tip of the iceberg of challenges.
Other challenges include, cooking and head stand challenges.
