Three people killed in accident at Arombe in Migori town: police

Three people died on Friday night after an accident at Arombe area on on the Migori-Masara road.
A vehicle with registration number KAS 255E is said to have collided with a motorbike that was being driven on the wrong side of the road.
According to Migori County police boss Joseph Nthenge, the boda boda rider and two pillion passengers died on the spot.
Mr. Nthenge said preliminary investigations established that Ezekiel Odhiambo, 34, was riding the motorcycle under the influence of alcohol.
He reportedly rammed into the car that was headed towards Muhurubay from Migori town at 11pm.
The county police boss identified the other two victims as Joshua Otieno and Francis Ouma.
They were apparently also drunk when the incident occurred.
The vehicle has been detained at Masara Police Post and the three bodies moved to Migori Level 4 Hospital.
