The Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji on Tuesday said his office has sufficient evidence to charge Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu in court.
The DPP said Judge Mwilu will be charged with abuse of office, receiving bribe and failing to pay taxes.
Mr Haji said he was at the Supreme Court to inform Judge Mwilu of the looming charges “out of respect” for her.
