After France’s victory at Russia 2018, during which the team beat Croatia 4-2 in the final, he and the rest of the squad met President Emmanuel Macron at the Elysee Palace.
Hundreds of thousands of people packed the Champs Elysees in Paris as the victorious team paraded the World Cup.
Lloris has made 256 appearances for Tottenham since joining the club from Lyon in 2012.

The Premier League side have started the season strongly, with wins over Newcastle and Fulham.
