A teacher at Toi Primary School in Nairobi has been charged with defiling a 13-year-old boy.
The boy is a Class Six pupil in the school.
Hezekia Ogany Omollo denied that on July 7 at the school in Kibra Sub-County Nairobi, he intentionally and unlawfully sexually assaulted the minor.
The teacher also faces another charge of exposing the boy to an indecent act.
He also denied this count before Senior Principal Magistrate Barbara Ojoo.
According to the prosecution, the accused had been sexually molesting the boy since 2016.
He was released on a Sh500,000 bond until October 8 when the case will be heard.
